CenturyPly proudly presents a 1400sqft flagship store which caters to a large range of veneers starting from exotic natural veneers to scintillating reconstituted veneers. The range of natural veneers is branded as NatzuraWoods whereas the range of reconstituted veneers is branded as Senzurastyles. The store is centered around the theme of "The Journey of veneer" the space is an experience drawing inspiration from the process of manufacture itself to contribute to design. The environment, communication, service and product application of veneers interpreted in a contemporary sculptural installation in store

Curating experiences centered around veneers

The space is Bold, contemporary and sculptural. The experience is carried out by Consultative demo assisted selling of Veneers that is through Zoning & Engagement Strategy as well as VM & Communication Map. Throughout the store starting from the cash to lounge to the service areas have some element of veneer in use, showing the diversity of the product. The special highlight of the store is the back in of the store that is the Waterjet experience where in the customer can see the veneer how it will look post polish process. This is the major deciding factor for the customers.

A seamless phy-gital experience

The store has quite a few touch and talk point spread across the store. The space starts interacting with the consumer the moment they enter. the 4 veneer displays greets the viewer aligning him to the store. Followed by a discussion cum lounge space in the center potential customers can know more about the product. The space on the left of the entrace is dedicated to the Polished Veneers where the buyer can see the assortment. The store architecture supplements the product. The store also offers a phy-gital experience, wherein the consumer can browse through an online catalouge and based on the choice advance to see it in real.

Storytelling through spatial zoning

The different zones in the store cater to various aspects of veneers, to the left of the entrance is polish veneer to the right is the cash desk; adjecent to it is the phy-gital area that focuses on the customer interaction with the brand and the product. Here the customer can have a look at all the assortements of the brand and ask for a specify veneer too. Moving towards the back end is the waterjet area that focuses on the raw veneer and how it will look once polished. The consumer here can have a look at various veneers after they have been sprayed, to better visualize the end result. This area is made more prominent by its double height installation of the raw veneer that hang from the space almost makeing like a canopy over the consumer.
