The client, Rahul (Venture Capitalist), Maira (Social Media Influencer), and their two daughters, Riya and Shaya, were looking for a modern luxury house that would reflect their contemporary style and high-end taste. The color palette of brown, beige, and black with gold metal accents was chosen to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

First Impressions: Luxury Abounds

The foyer of this modern luxury home was designed to make a grand first impression. The tall floor-to-ceiling mirror surrounded by wooden rafters creates a sense of spaciousness and elegance. Small poufs were placed for seating and putting on shoes, while a drawer was added to keep keys and letters organized. The use of a neutral color palette and golden metal accents sets the tone for the rest of the home.

Living in a Statement Space

The living room was designed to be the epitome of luxury and comfort. A bouclé fabric curved sofa and statement chandelier set the tone for the room, while a large floor lamp provides additional lighting. The TV unit was designed to be a statement piece, with space for books and a wall-mounted TV, and gold metal details and long narrow drawers with fluted glass shutters. A Dining of Refined Tastes

The dining room was given a bold and stylish touch with a black and white tropical wallpaper and a console unit in membrane with golden legs. The kitchen was designed to be super elegant with a color combination of dark brown PU and beige. The master bedroom was designed to be the showstopper of the house with its color theme of brown and grey. A wall panel in wood and stone with gold strips was added behind the bed, and a sliding wardrobe with a combination of brown tinted and bronze mirror was provided. A grand dresser with a semi-circular mirror and seating area was added opposite the bed, creating a space for both storage and relaxation. A Room of Dreams and Enchantment

The daughter's room was designed with a fairy castle theme in soft pastel colors. Side tables with table lamps, a wardrobe in PU finish with pastels and storage for books and toys, and a compact study table with ample storage were added. The false ceiling in the shape of clouds adds a playful touch to the room while still maintaining the modern luxury design theme.
